The Man in the Iron Mask
Music by Michal David and Bryan Adams, lyrics by Lou Fananek Hagen, Broadway, Prague

This is an originally Czech musical based on the book by A.Dumas. It's an excellent performance with great cast. Let's have a look at the leading role - king Louis XIV, the Sun King. There are three fantastic singers who play this role and I've seen all of them.
The first one is Vojtech Drahokoupil. Very young, incredibly talented and absolutely brilliant. When I saw him for the first time in my life, it was in this role. I was amazed and literally I couldn't take my eyes off him.
The second one is Jan Kopecny. He is my long-time favourite. Dazzlingly beautiful, always nice and better and better day by day. I've known him for many years and it's interesting to witness his glamorous moving up.
And the last one is David Gransky. An actor, a singer, a speaker. A multi-talented artist who has all attributes of a superstar - attractiveness, talent, manners and esteem. And my favourite as well. Despite all his virtues, in my opinion, he is the weakest of the star trio.
The other cast are great too - Marian Vojtko as d'Artagnan, Tomas Trapl as Fouquet or Marek Lhotsky as the leading dancer. I've seen this musical four times and I'm not going to stop at this number.
